The blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead rise again, the poor have the gospel preached to them. Catholic Gospels - Matthew, Luke, Mark, John - Inspirations of the Holy Spirit Matthew 11:2-11

2 Now when John had heard in prison about the works of Christ: He sent two of his disciples to ask him:
3 Are you he that is to come, or are we expecting another?
4 And Jesus answered them: Go and relate to John what you have heard and seen.
5 The blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead rise again, the poor have the gospel preached to them.
6 And blessed is he that shall not be scandalized in me.
7 And when they went their way, Jesus began to say to the multitudes concerning John: What did you go out into the desert to see? a reed shaken with the wind?
8 But what did you go out to see? a man clothed in soft garments? Behold they that are clothed in soft garments, are in the houses of kings.
9 But what did you go out to see? a prophet? yea I tell you, and more than a prophet.
10 For this is he of whom it is written: Behold I send my angel before you, who shall prepare the way for you.
11 Amen I say to you, there has not risen among them that are born of women a man greater than John the Baptist: yet he that is the smallest in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

Inspiration of the Holy Spirit - From the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Third Sunday of Advent - The blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead rise again, the poor have the gospel preached to them. John the Baptist was a man of great courage; he dedicated his life completely to me even though he did not know me. Because of his convictions he was put into prison and later put to death. I am very grateful to all those who serve me, their reward is eternal. I want you to learn from this man who was willing to deny himself in so many ways and to sacrifice his life for the sake of my coming.

He was not afraid to speak up about sin, which is still so prevalent in the world. He came to prepare souls for my coming with the powerful word “repent”.
After he fulfilled his mission I began to preach the good news accompanied by the messianic signs foretold by Isaiah: The blind see again, the lame can walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead rise again, and the poor have the gospel of salvation preached to them.

I still make use of humble instruments to fulfill the mission of salvation; they carry my word to others who will benefit immensely when they listen with their hearts. My message is full of power: “Repent, the kingdom of Heaven is near, it is truly within you”.

And perhaps many of the messianic signs do not take place nowadays as in my time mainly because of your lack of faith. But I still bless many souls daily with my miracles.

The most powerful miracles take place within. The blind open the eyes of the spirit and begin to see the reality of God in their lives, they accept me as their Lord and Savior; they repent and begin to see life with my eyes. The lame walk again, that is to say, those who are still falling by their sins begin to walk a straight life, they realize the damage sin has done to them, so they start to walk in my grace. The lepers are cleansed, those who by their sinfulness have wounded their souls begin to receive my healing and their souls are restored to purity. The deaf hear when my gospel begins to make sense to them and they put into practice my creative words. Those who are dead in their sins come back to life when they repent because I forgive them and raise them up again.

Listen to me. My words are creative words of wisdom, and everlasting life.
