We adore you Oh Lord.... (adoration in spirit)
1 Lord Jesus, I adore you profoundly. (three times)
I acknowledge your Presence in the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. I raise my
spirit to adore you, I adore you in all the altars throughout the world, present,
past and future, in all the holy masses that are being offered, those that have
been offered and those that will ever be offered in time and in eternity. I
adore you in the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in my heart, and in all the hearts that are receiving you, that have received
you and that will ever receive you. You are truly here, truly present in Body, Blood,
Soul and Divinity. You are present here with God the Father and with the Holy
Spirit. You are our fountain of Grace, Mercy and Salvation. Before your open
heart I come to open my heart to worship you my Lord. With humility I come
before your Holy Presence Lord, I invoke the assistance of the Blessed Virgin
Mary, of all the angels and the saints.
2 Blessed Virgin Mary, Most Holy Mother of God, the
Lord has filled you with Light, Majesty and Glory, Power, Wisdom and Love, and
with all his attributes. I come to ask you to help me to worship the Lord.
3 In the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary, King and Queen of all the angels
and saints, I invoke all of you faithful servants of God, angels and saints, I
consecrate myself to you Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominions, Virtues,
Powers, Principalities, Archangels and Angels; I also consecrate myself to you
Blessed Virgin Mary, to the Patriarchs, Prophets, Saints and Martyrs. I adore
the Presence of God in each one of you, I ask you to help me to worship the
Lord, to live his Holy Will and to abandon myself with complete confidence to
His Divine Providence. We adore you Oh Lord (.....)

born to be the Light of the world, our Way, our Truth and our Life, our God, our
Lord, our King and our Saviour. You loved us so much that you gave your life
for us through your death on the cross. You suffered the greatest torments,

soul, to give you my love and my consolation, permit me to share your crown of
thorns, your cross and your bitterness.

world and for the souls in Purgatory.

and profanations, for all incredulity, indifference, ungratefulness, irreverence
and offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, your Sacred Heart and your
Eucharistic Presence. Emmanuel, God with us, Eucharistic Jesus.

adore you, my soul is hungry and thirsty for your body and blood, I desire you
my Lord,
please let me have you spiritually.
I kiss your back, covered by that immense wound caused by the 5475 scourges that
you received and by the sins of our sensuality. I adore you, I drink of your
Precious Blood, I clean you and I leave you renewed. I adore you my Lord.

very much with the paternal love that you have given me Lord and with the maternal

of God.
89 Give me permission to ask you many petitions. I ask you to teach me to serve

and Science to know you and love you above all things and to serve you, to know
myself, to despise the world and all that is evil in me, and to know and love my
neighbour as myself.
106 Lord, I desire that you grow and I diminish.
107 I acknowledge that I am nothing, I am less that a drop of dew before the
burning sun at dawn, less than a blow of smoke before the wind and less than a
particle of dust before the universe. I am just dust and ashes.
108 I acknowledge that I am a despicable vile worm before you, since I have
defied your Holiness and Greatness, I have sinned against you. I repent my Lord
and I come to ask you in the name of all mortals that you forgive us. I invoke
your Divine Mercy, Compassion and Clemency. Don't look at our sins but at the
Mercy of your Son Jesus.
109 Forgive us Lord Jesus, give us your Heart, wash us with your Precious Blood,

humility and resignation. Almighty God, give me your Counsel, your Light, your
Permission and your Blessing in everything that I do, so that it will be done in
your Will and Mercy, for your Pleasure and Glory.
112 I ask you to dispose of myself, according to your Most Holy Will, now and
during the rest of my life.
113 And I ask you to teach me to fulfil whatever would be for your complacency,
your pleasure and Glory. Amen. We adore you Oh Lord (.....)

Salvation, as a tabernacle of His Eucharistic Presence, as a sun of His Light,
as an image of His Holiness.
116 Holy Spirit my God, fill me with the Eternal Fire of your Charity, purify me
from every stain of sin. Sanctify me.

you and You in me.
118 Your Word is a lamp at my feet, you are my Light and my Salvation.
119 Lord, shine your Light of ten thousand suns in my soul, unite me in your
Precious Blood so that my mind becomes your Mind, my memory becomes your Memory,
my will becomes your Will, my affections become your Affections and my
heartbeats become yours. Grant that it may be, not me who lives, but Christ who
lives in me. Most Holy Mother Mary, grant that it may be, not me who lives, but
Mary who lives in me.
120 Lord, permit me to serve myself from your Most Holy Humanity and the Holy
Humanity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Bless me Lord, transform me, mould me,
transfigure me.
121 What do you want me to do Lord? ..... How can I serve you Lord? ..... How
can I please you Lord? ..... What do you wish to tell me Lord? ..... Speak to me
Lord, that your servant is listening..... Your word transforms me, and renews me.
Speak Lord, Speak also my dearest Mother.....
