My child, the way to overcome temptation is to come to the light of my Immaculate Heart, a light so strong and bright that the devil is blinded and he can no longer tempt you. When you love me intensely and have devotions to me, and make an effort to live in my Immaculate Heart, then you disappear in my light, I respond to your love by covering you with my flame of love and this way the enemy can not see you.
