Jesus:
My dear child, it is a great act of charity to pray for another person. When you do this you must acknowledge that I am truly present before the person being prayed over. I will accompany your words with my Spirit and when you witness my Gospel in according to the dictates of the Holy Spirit, my signs will accompany you to reinforce your faith and the faith of those around you. Preach my Good News with all your heart and with the inclinations of your spirit, witness the Truth at all times and surrender to the current of my Love that will always guide you.
