Jesus:
As you come to me before the Blessed Sacrament, you come before my open heart. You no longer have to knock to have the door answered, because I am open before you to hear the voice of your heart. There is no need for you to speak or to pray, because you are already in my presence. I simply ask you to worship with reverence and trust, and to unload all your burdens to me.
