Prayer for Jake & Debbi D'Amico & Family Jake & Debbi D'Amico, and their 4 daughters, are residents of the Village of Dousman. 12 years ago, doctors removed the twin girls from Debbi's womb 4 months early & amputated her leg to save her life. Both twins have cerebral palsy, the result of Debbi's sudden onset of a rare infection called streptococcal necrotizing fascitis, or flesh-eating disease. In addition, Debbi was diagnosed with epilepsy last year. Toni has had more than 15 surgeries. She does not sit, walk or talk & gets her nutrition from a feed tube in her stomach. Most of her time is spent lying on a mattress on the living room floor. Angela, her younger sister by one minute, learned to walk at age 6 after several surgeries. She can't run and loses her balance easily. Sally, 9 years old, has achondroplasis, a form of dwarfism causing her to have weak joints, poor hearing, extremely short arms and legs, & arthritis-type troubles. Jake & Debbi have one daughter, Hanneh 5, with no disabilities. The D'Amico Family inspires everyone who meets them. They never ask for anything, yet they admit that they struggle. Jake works as a Waukesha County Sheriff's Deputy making about $40,000 a year. He tries to pick up as many overtime hours as possible to help pay medical bills and for other necessities such as Toni's $4,800-a-year formula. He also works as a disc jockey on occasional weekends. Debbi home schools all the girls except Toni, who goes to Cushing Elementary. She shuttles the girls to physical therapy, horseback riding lessons, & Kettle Moraine schools, where they take part in music class. "I've always pictured myself as a healthy man who can take care of his family, but I can't," Jake said. "That's a very difficult and humbling thing. But I realized if I don't accept help, I'm denying my kids." please pray for my family , my son for wisdom, guidence, strenght >as how to handle his problems . pray for my husband who found out that his one kidney left is not fully working right,pray that his health will improve he has been thru a lot with parkinson, cancer of lung and one kidney remove plus other illness. pray that the cancer does not come back>we have some personal problems going on in our life > right now. pray that the >Lord will guide us and give us wisdom in > getting this straighten out, and keep us healthy and give us peace of mind please pray for my grand children also, thank you and God Bless you carol p.s. pray for rain for the farmers and and halt to some of this hot weather. thank you

We are plagued with attacks on the last few weeks, blood sucking insects, things fall on our head, brain seizure, broken bones, heat attack, malignant melanoma, failed heart surgery, second heart surgery, stomach problems, animals killed on our land, and more, since April 2005. God help us.

Noah is 7 and is having an MRI today that will determine whether or not the brain/spinal tumors he has will respond to chemotherapy...a miracle that will allow continued medical treatment and the hope of recovery. Please pray, Holy Mother, that our Lord heals Noah. Holy Spirit, please send comfort.

She recently had a surgery on her leg as a result of an accident and suffered complications and now cannot breath by herself but through a tube.
